Men of Grace

Vision

At Grace we seek to develop our men to be dedicated to the pursuit of loving God and our fellow man by cultivating meaningful relationships as we mature into Christlikeness. Our aim is to be men of biblical character and integrity who serve and support one another with intentional kingdom action and attitude.  We encourage men to devote their time, resources and abilities to be leaders in their home and in the church while reaching the wider community with the Gospel.

Purpose

Our men’s ministry exists to glorify God by equipping men in their walk with Christ, helping them to grow spiritually, and building godly relationships.  We aim to foster a sense of brotherhood, accountability and discipleship among our brothers in Christ.

Goals and Objectives

Men of Grace will seek to engage in activities that address men’s spiritual needs from a biblical perspective. These should inspire and equip men to actively serve within the local church and beyond.  We will seek to strengthen men’s faith by providing opportunities for fellowship, discipleship and ministry opportunities while encouraging them to share Christ’s love.  We will seek to involve our men in activities that positively impact both the church and the local community for the Gospel.

We will particularly seek to:

Equip each man to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12).

Equip each man to accurately handle the word of truth (2 Timothy 2:15).

Teach each man to observe all that Christ commanded (Matthew 28:20).

Equip each man to be the leader of his home and the lover of his wife (Ephesians 5:25).

Create a church culture of male leadership characterized by integrity, humility, and truth (Titus 1:9, 2:1).
